I'm having pain in the middle part of the chest. I had this pain after waking up 4 days back. Earlier I had this just for 1 day, one month back. Why is this happening? What can I do for this? Is this serious issue? What should I do next

Chest pain could be commonly due to
Cardiac causes; Trauma; Musculoskeletal causes; APD ; Gastric & Respiratory causes; other rare causes are also there.
Would recommend to do a ECG and X- ray Chest; only after consultation a medical practitioner.

Hi,
It may be just musculoskeletal pain due to any ligament or muscle pull.
An analgesic will help in reducing the pain.
But you should get an ECG.
antacid along with analgesic will help reduce acidity also.
Take care
