Chest discomfort due to acidity
Facing chest discomfort due to acidity. Plus I'm not able to burp which is causing irritation.
PS I believe it happened because of my UTI medication which I was taking 3 weeks back.

Yes take rablet or pantocid for drug induced gastritis.
Pls note persistent UTI can cause systemic symptoms so recheck by urine routine microscopic and urine culture and CBCblood test.
