Chest and back pain

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I’ve been have extreme pain in the middle to right side of my chest. The pain is also in my back in the same area, which feels like it’s under my shoulder blade. It very hard for me to take full breathes because it hurts so bad. I woke up with it yesterday but it felt more of an ache but today it feels like sharp pain in both areas.
