Chest and abdomen pain
I am having pain from my upper middle of abdomen to right lower chest. Pain occurs in the chest during the moment and breathing and this pain travels to the back while two wheeler driving. I am also having a burning sensation in the middle  lower right abdomen after having food. I am suffering from hiatus hernia and I have done abdomen ultrasound which was normal. So time pain occurs in right middle of chest and I feel smoky smell, I have visit pulmonary few month back he get the chest xray done suggest this could be sinus problem. Which doctor should I visit and which test i should go through.

Would be because of gastritis. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Drink plenty of water.
