Today a fruit vendor had come up to our home with his cart. He wasnt masked. My double vaccinated dad bought fruits from him outside. My dad was masked and kept a fair bit of distance (>8ft) mostly while buying fruits. How likely is my father to get the virus? It took him less than 5 mins to purchase the fruits.
I know the biggest qualifier is if the vendor had covid but still want to know if this interaction is likely to cause covid?

one cannot say with confidence that
you father will get the disease or not . the chances are less as you're father was fully masked and was following

Not likely as
Exposure was less than 5 mins, to get covid 8 to mins exposure needed, further it was not closed space , exposure was in open
Also social distancing and mask was there
