Cervical issue
I am 4th month pregnant. I had cervical stitches during 14th week of pregnancy. After cervical stitches which type of food taken? And is there any avoided food for stitches like besan flour etc. Plz guide me.

since you will be on bed rest., do not consume high calorie and high carb foods like rice.. potatoes ..maida .. Extra sugars, maggie., white bread cheese ., pasta etc. eat fruits n regular well balanced diet
