Cervical length 1.9 cms
Hi I'm 7 months pregnant and my cervical length is short so doctor suggested me to go for stitches and she did the same 15 days back. She suggested me full bed rest and not to go anywhere except to hospital during these next three months. Now I am worried will it be a preterm delivery and what are precautions should I take during this period to avoid preterm delivery.
Now a days I am having little bit of white discharge. Should I need to follow any diet to prevent white discharge or any urine infection. Please advise.

Happy that ur short cervix was detected on time. U have already passed 7months. That's a great news.
Regarding precautions, bed rest and continuing ur medicines as per doctors advise is very important. Also u need to have good fluid intake so that constipation and urinary infection is prevented.
Eat heathy home cooked fresh food so that u prevent any stomach upset which can trigger preterm labour.
Pls do also bear in mind that bed rest related inactivity can lead to weight gain and increased blood sugars etc. So restrict ur dietary sugar load
