May be you can suffer from anaemia, for that you should have iron rich food specially haem iron is good, which can get from animal source like, liver, egg yolk and other sources of iron like dates, raisin, soyabean, jaggery, different dark green leafy vegetables etc. You should include citrus fruits, which contains vitamin c help in iron absorption, like amla, guava, lemon etc.
