Burning sensation while peeing

Dr. I m a 18 year old boy,actually i did make a big mistake due to which i m suffering now.Recenty i heard the term utheral sounding and after i tried this.I put a pen in my penis .now i cant pee.it hurts when start peeing.A burning type of sensation take place.Help me doctor.
