I found a cluster of bumps on one spot of my penis . They looked like small clustered pimples , it doesn't seem to appear on the other parts of my body , it doesn't itch nor hurt , it is not releasing or excreting any liquid or smelly substance and I haven't had sex yet . So I was wondering what it is and is there a cure for it?
