Recurring red spots penis head
For the past two months recurrent red spots seen on penis head. Spread very fast if topical creams (combination of clobetasol propionate, gentamicin, zinc oxide) is not applied. If the cream is applied (twice a day) the spots disappear quickly. Sometimes when the the spots have spread to a large area then foul smelling discharge occurs. Spots are also present on the skin covering penis (uncircumcised). Please suggest treatment. Till now around 4*10gm of cream applied but the spots keep recurring
