Bump below left wrist

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Good afternoon. I have this bump below my left wrist on the side. There is no pain or discomfort. It's been almost a month now. I had done my 2decho and TMT in February 2019. All normal. Is it serious ? It's not hard as well and I can feel it when I touch that area.
