When I was 7 years my penis had come in between pant zip
After than there is bubble like thing under my penis (photo attached)
When I look at it I feel it's filled with liquid or air but
I don't even feel it, it's completely painless and I don't even feel it's there, but just looks awkward. This bubble is on my penis since 18 years
