Brown skin lesions on legs

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Small lumps of brown skin lesions have been found on the medial side of my upper thigh, mainly on the R one, for about 3 months. 2 have been treated with liquid nitrogen but apart from seeing the scars fell off, they still haven't fully healed and disappeared.
