My left femur was broken in a road accident 2 months ago. Rodding surgury was performed by the doctors and now i have started walking with help of walker. But whenever i walk there is a swelling in my leg.What should i do? Why does it happens and should i be concerned??

It usualy takes some times for larger bones to heal. If aproximation is maintained then no worry for such swelling, put some ice and keep limb in air...

As long as the fracture is stabilised adequately and the wounds have healed, then this is normal post operative swelling. The injury is a major one and will take a long time to settle down.
Continue to stay mobile and it will gradually get better. Make sure you see the Surgeon who operated on you regularly.
