Lytic Lesion Femur- Prescribe Next Test
As per CT scan and MRI pelvis plain reports , diagnosed with   "expansile lytic Lesion in the neck of left femur of 5.4*3 cm" . This MRI was done for a different health concern. Kindly prescribe the next step/tests to be done before I meet an orthopaedic ?

Lytic lesion can be anything and it's necessary to examine further by a specialist before planning management. Better to consult one with films as soon as possible . Lesions in neck have a propensity to fracture if not dealt on a timely basis
