I had a cold and throat pain which is now converted to a cough and i feel difficult to breath and breathlessness while lying down!!! What medicine to take???

Warm saline gargle thrice daily. Suitable antibiotics to be taken in presence of infection. For breathlessness beta 2 agonists needs to be inhaled.
