I was on medication for hypertension, but since last 1 week I stopped taking medicines(Amlovas 5 & Macsart 40)
But today my BP reading is between 140-150/100-106
I am worried as to what can happen due to such high BP as I have read that it can lead to stroke or kidney failure
I am really scared as I am only 35.
