High BP of 150/108
I am 34 years old and work from home
I have been taking hypertension medications since last 3 years as my BP remained at higher side
Of late, whenever I check BP, initially it shows high reading of 150/108 but after I relax and take again gradually it comes down to 140/98
I am fearing that it might lead to heart attack or haemorrhage at young age.

Despite 3 years of treatment, your BP readings are high even at rest. You need to get yout prescription and doses renewed and also get certain tests like Blood Sugar, Lipids, Urea, Creatinine, an ECG done. Consult after that with these reports.
