Hi good morning doctors. Yesterday I went a clinic for tiredness, fatigue and feeling sleepy. Doctor check my BP is high. And he told me to take diet. Today morning I check my BP in lab. My BP is in 145 range. I still have feeling fatigue, little balancing problem. Also I have anxiety, stress and tension. Can I brisk walk 1 hour Per day or once in a week? Also my weight is 56 only. Walk once in a week is enough for me??
