Taking green tea, too .lunch 3 chapati with boil vegetables salad evening go gyming and running to . After coming, I take cinnamon stick tea with adding honey night. I take little bowl india gate basmati brown rice weight changer with 3 chapati boil vegetables 1 egg amlet and salad, and then I do 25 min brisk walking . I'm so much active now My BP is 120/75 in mercury bp machine is it normal
