  4. Boils on skin since yesterday. Of days?

Boils on skin since yesterday
My daughter all of a sudden got few boils kind, on her limbs and abdomen region. It is from yesterday (1 day old). Comparative to yesterday the number have increased. Should we consult today or should we wait for couple of days? Any help appreciated.. thanks
