Masturbation & Acne/Boils
Myself 36 , single I have been doing masturbation from very long time sometimes once a day ,twice a day...etc From past 3-4 yrs I have been noticing a strange correlation between acne/boils and masturbation... Whenever I do masturbation i get this boils sometimes on face, near ears, neck side, underarms sometimes near pubic areas... I have consulted many Doctors in the past and have taken almost all the meds available but not able to resolve the issue and tell the actual reason Now I know acne/boils is bcoz of sebum issues...In the past I use to take isotretinoin 1month every year but From 2-3 yrs severe issues started so I stopped taking it. So Docs either suggest Doxy / Azithromycin which again I have taken many time.May be now I am resistant. Also I know the diff between acne /boils These are extremely painful especially in private areas.. My humble request to the Docs ,whoever answer this question pls answer specific and don't give general answer

Hi there... Humble answer to your humble request... This needs pics and a detailed discussion to give you a clear action plan. Albeit you link the masturbation to the acne, that will have to be proved first. Masturbation per se is not a bad thing and relieves stress. Do connect directly 📥 with pics for an online consultation using this App's INSTANT ONLINE Consultation 🙏

• There is no direct scientific link between masturbation and acne/boils • Your symptoms suggest recurrent folliculitis / furunculosis (bacterial infection of hair follicles), not typical acne • The perceived correlation may be due to sweating, friction, hormonal fluctuation, or hygiene factors around the time of masturbation • Recurrent painful boils in areas like underarms, groin, neck may also indicate early hidradenitis suppurativa or chronic staph colonization Helpful Tips / Words of Caution: • Avoid tight clothing, friction, and excessive sweating without cleaning • Shower after sweating/sexual activity • Do not squeeze boils → increases spread and scarring • Repeated antibiotic use without culture can cause resistance • If lesions become large, very painful, or associated with fever → may need drainage by doctor • This is a chronic manageable condition, not related to sexual activity harmfully Kindly consult via Practo for detailed evaluation and treatment
