Boils on neck

I've developed boils on my neck, I'm not sure if they are heat boils or not. Please see the attached photo. I generally follow an alkaline diet and eat a lot of fruits during summer. Do let me know what cream/ medicine I can apply to get rid of the boils and marks. Also, if you have any recommendations for my diet to avoid more of these then please do let me know. Do note, for the first boil, I applied clear gel and it got rid of the boil, but it has left a mark. Thanks.
