Boils like with burning sensation

Asked for Male, 45 Years

Boils like rash on skin. Burning sensation for past 5 days. Increased after three days of under skin burning sensation. Bright red in colour. Now it's painful along with burning sensation. This is on left torso n middle of lower abdomen.
