Body weakness
From last few days i have been experiencing weakness.i went to homeopath he said it is due to inflammation in the body. I took medicine but didnt get any result.i have never done any blood test. Also back of my tongue is white. I was thinking of body cleansing through enema from which toxins will be removed from my stomach. Do you think it is a good idea to do enema . From 2-3 daysi have been eating 80% healthy food . But stool i pass is less than what i eat i think it is stucked in my intestines not passing properly. Should i go for body cleansing like enema or basi etc.

Enema may not be a void idea to start with. Initially mild detoxification by oral route is preferred. May be for two weeks. Then deepan, shodhan, paachan Ayurvedic medicine is given over next 2 to 4 weeks to streamline digestive and metabolic systems. NUTRITION and food contents are important.
