She is having problems like bod pain, headache and shivering, no fever from last 4days. She not feeling comfortable at all. In evening these things get more worst. She was having sometimes dry cough from last 20days. 2.5 months back she had covid(not tested, we assume as she was close contact with covid+), her smell and test was gone for 20days and 1/2 days fever. Now doctor asked for d-dimmer which 0.46. Please suggest what to do. Any specific blood test required to rule out any problems.

if all the symptoms are increasing at the evening along with dry cough, weakness, and bodyache there are chances of tuberculosis.
and u r having the history from last 20 days.
