Body pain combined with repeating feber

Asked for Male, 28 Years

For the past 3 days I have been in severe body pain and fever which is repeating again n again...I have been taking tablets like dolo 650 and combiflam. It reduces fever n body pain for few hours and again everything starts from the first...I'm currently out of country for vacation and I do not know what to do..
