Am 53 years old, 68 kgs weight, 167 cm height, very active physically by playing golf 4-5 times a week and do brisk morning walks 6 days a week with some light exercise. I have a normal diet of all kinds of food. Of Late i get tired while playing, weak and less energetic. Also experience body aches and pain on my upper back with constant spasms of muscles and nerves. What are the reasons for the same ? Should i take any
vitamin or medicine supplement ? Thank you.
