Is weakness and stomach burning symptoms of COVID ?? Pls suggest I don't have fever have light body pain and weakness, feeling to just sleep and rest

Sadly this time we are facing atypical presentation with covid infection.Some patients are facing mild or severe diarrhea and gastic issues,muscle or joint paint,fatigue, lethargy, conjunctivitis and loss of smell taste even hearing issues have been reported.
