I am 17 year old school going girl with height 5'2 feet and weight 46.7 kg i have a sedentary lifestyle I am experiencing extreme body weakness and pain in legs and hands despite eating sufficient Below are my reports for vitamins and my other blood tests were absolutely normal

Good that your reports are normal . Get adequate sleep, at least 7 to 8 hours. Minimise screen time. Eat adequate amount of proteins . Try to move about, gradually increasing time of walk and intensity of excercise, you will gain strength. Book a call on Practo after 3 weeks of following above suggestions

You have to take a balanced meal everyday for your stressed lifestyle.... Take more protein and fruits. .. Curd and vegetables, salads... Plenty of water... Avoid fast and junk food....
