  4. Body fever. From any particular disease?

I have been facing this from last two days.. It starts with body chills and then i get high fever specially in face and neck portion.. After taking paracetamol tablets i get fine but again i begin fo face the same chills and fever after few hours... What can be the possible treatment? Or i am suffering from any particular disease??
