Hello there. I can understand your concern. .have your got vitamin b12, vitamin D3 and calcium levels? You may be having a deficiency of those. Also you may need to get a Thyroid profile done. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 15 days. Have a lot of greens and fruits. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
