Hello. I have attached my blood report. I need help with someone who can go through the report and explain me my health situation and areas of improvement. Also how to do so. Thanks!

Hence adopt a healthy lifestyle, avoid fatty and junk foods, exercise thrice a week at least for half hour. 2) your eosinophil count is raised, you have an allergic component. Ur report is almost normal. Nothing to worry much. SGPT is little raised. Avoid oily and fatty foods. Eat papaya.
