  4. Blood reports concern. Am a bit worried?

Blood reports concern
Hi am 31st week pregnant , and recently had blood test for hb and platelets and viral serology ppbs though viral serology ppbs are fine but for hb result is 11.7 last time in janurary when measure it was 12.8 for platelets also last time it was 180000 but now 176000. Am taking iron and calcium supplements though but result has come this. Is it a concern plz advice. Am a bit worried
