Before labelling anyone with hypertension or high blood pressure, we need at least two readings 4 hours apart during complete rest. Treatment of hypertension involves diet with less salt , exercise 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days of week and if not controlled by lifestyle modification, antihypertensive medication need to be used. So in your case I will recommend you to get your BP 4 hours apart in completely relaxed condition and review me .

Your BP is high compared to you age. As you have mentioned that you are on medication for autoimmune disease which also may cause increase in BP if you are on steroids. Please measure your resting BP(that after you are sitting or lying down for about 15 minutesor early morning after you wake up.)If it is within normal range then your present raised BP may be due to exertion or tension due to some cause. Till then please reduce your salt intake in food and do some walking.
