Blood pressure
My age is 34 years. I have been periodically checking by blood pressure since last few days it has been to bit higher side Sometimes it is normal sometimes on higher side Since 2 days systolic blood pressure is ranging from 124 to 138 and diastolic blood pressure between 85 to 92 Now a days my work pressure has increased a lot and stress level is also high What should be my next line of action. Should i approach doctor or observe for some more days?

Your bp readings vary ,it's best at this time to monitoring your BP. Measure your BP, using the upper arm digital bp apparatus ,sitting straight with uncrossed legs and at your heart level,take 2 readings 1 minute apart in the morning and evening for few days.Its 1st reading is always high , consider the second reading.It varies by few mm in both hands ,so measure using the limb which read higher of the two. BP is usually reads lower in the morning ,and little higher in the evening. If your observation that it reads higher than 130,/85 on different days duration monitoring ,it is considered hypertension

Hii your blood pressure readings are fine as if now as its varying and if u have any symptoms of headache or burning eye sensation once go to a physician and check your blood pressure if not its your time to do regular excercise and walking with lifestyle modification. Need not to worry much now but keep monitoring your blood pressure uf it crosses 140/90 then consult a physician.
