Continue bp medication as per your dose daily..Salt intake should be restricted.. daily excercise or walking for 45 minutes, drink plenty of fluids. Sleep minimum of 8 hours at night,avoid stress and tensions..Follow all these for 2 wks and then monitor Bp reading..
