I have been traveling to Vaisno Devi suddenly I feel smell like blood from nose when I insert fingers to my nose join I found fresh blood clot , it not blows but stick to middle of joint . It has happened to me before in summer. I have to walk 14 km onward.plz suggest any natural remedy at urgent

You seem to be having nasal septal injury and ulceration which commonly causes bleeding from nose. Usually repeated manipulation causes recurrent bleeding. Avoid cleaning the nose with fingers.
