Blood coughing and chest pain

I have been coughing up blood once a few months for a bit over a year now. The blood is kind of mixed up with phlegm, and each time it happened I had dried up blood in my nose. Today it happened again, and this past week I have been having sharp stabbing pain in my chest, left side. My breasts dont feel any different than ever, nor do they hurt when the pains arent present. My family insist I check the blood coughing, but I believe it's tied to the bloody nose. I am 19 years old girl
