The two ears itch severely,pains after the itching and gets blocked,t he right ear has whitish wax in it.

Hi As you said u see wax in right ear,your symptoms also seems to be of excessive wax in  both ear. I would suggest you to visit an ent specialist and get your ear examined properly. If there is wax it will require removal. Regards
