Blisters appears in body

Asked for Male, 25 Years

My wife have 10 - 12 Blisters (not itchy) in her belly, chest and below the lower lips. Total number of blisters are 10 - 12, she is feeling a little feaver, also she is in a menstrual period and feeling pain in her waist. I want to know if it's a sign of chicken pox
