Bleeding in 5 week pregnancy

Hi, I'm 6 w 4 days pregnant. In 4 the week I saw brown spotting with no cramps and was asked to to naturogest Sr 200. 5th week spotting was bright red and the dosage was increased. 2 days back I had a lil heavy flow where I could see the blood come on my pad(did not soak the pad) bleeding stopped after taking naturogest. Is there a possibility that I would have bleed more of I hadn't taken naturogest? How will I know my fetus is alright? My scanning is scheduled next week.

only on scanning u will come to know if the fetus is alright or now.. naturogest s progesterone and s supposed to support pregnancy.. so yes mab b if u would not hv taken it..u would hv bled more
