Brown discharge in 16 weeks pregnancy
Hi, I’m 16+ weeks pregnant, had little brown discharge. There’s some SCH in scan measuring 3.02cc Can you please tell me is there any cause of concern and preventive measures? Is there any risk?

Yes it’s a matter of concern .. sub chorionic hematoma can cause abortion , weak baby and preterm labour… so stop Ecospirin if tou are taking… it will take 1 month of sc hematoma resolve .. you will be needing oral and injectable progesterone

First of all, did you get the scan after the brown discharge or before? Also, was there only brown discharge or some spotting (mild bleeding )? SCH with spotting can indicate risk of threatened miscarriage.
