Bleeding/spotting at 13 weeks pregnancy
I'm 13 weeks pregnant with twins. I had bleeding on 4th may 2026. Immediately got it checked with my gynac and she could see both the babies moving and heartbeat as well. I took tablet pause, injection pause 500 and proluton depot 500 post which bleeding stopped. Next day I had NT scan and everything came out normal. They couldn't see any evidence of internal bleeding/clot either. Since yesterday (8th May), again I'm spotting (not bleeding though), I'm also observing small blood clots when I'm washing that area after urinating. Went to the gynac, they told they can't legally scan without any milestone nearby. Is there anything I can do to check if my babies and pregnancy is fine?

Continue taking  Progesteron tablets  for next 2 weeks. Relax ,bleeding  could be because  of Twins with  large Placenta. This will get more localised in next 2 weeks.

Bleeding at 13 weeks of pregnancy can cause stress. Hopefully you are taking Progesterones. If not please take progesterone . And the cervical length needs to be checked.
Next Steps
If the bleeding is heavy please see your doctor immediately.
Health Tips
