4 week 3days of pregnancy light bleeding
Dear Respected gynecologist
my wife is 4 weeks 3 days pregnant yesterday we have visited the doctor but she was on leave just ultrasound happened they said after next 14 days, she has to go through ultrasound for checking cardiac activity
although since last one month she was on medication [Dydrogesterone 1 tab in night] from tomorrow Dydrogesterone along with vitamins, folic acid...
after come back to home she finds spot of blood and today also some spot of blood but its not continues today called hospital they have said if bleeding is severe give her [Trenaxa 500mg Tablet].should i give her or wait to stop by own .please please help us in this she is crying since yesterday.

You can observe for further episode of bleeding.Since the scan is normal no subchorionic bleeding you need not give the Tranexamic acid now

If there is only spotting then tranexa need not to be taken
Take tablet dydrogest
And inj proluton once/twice wkly
Rest is recommended

Hi you can give the tablet sometimes it happens if there is no pain and only spotting you can give medicine but do consult so that proper support medication can be given and for scan yes may be after a week to 10 days you can get a scan for the cardiac activity

Ultrasound is normal. Bed rest is recommended.do not Panic and just do repeat USG after 10 days

For spotting you can take tranexa..Do beta hcg test 48 hours apart so see that pregnancy is healthy and is growing.

Sir scan report is normal. Give complete bed rest if it continues then visit hospital for physical consultation
