Bleeding gum of toddler
Today i have spotted blood in his gums..he had fever some 2 days ago n we had consulted the doctor but it was a normal viral fever he said..is it something that i should worry about or is it because of teething or poor brushing (He doesnt like to brush).

hello..please do the investigation like cbc or simple platelet count. also do dengue test ns1 and igm antibody test..viral infection can reduce the platelet count which may cause bleeding. .
