Hi..My son 6years old had high fever with throat infection and following to tat he got severe ulcers and swelling gums..It's been 10days..Had a course of antibiotics and applying gel and gargle too..Is it something serious? Pediatrician visits r over..dentist is yet to be checked..pls guide..TIA
