Baby is healthy and super active. Morning we went to temple and she her self climbed the hill thru walk.
Till evening she looked normal / active / playing. In evening she started vomiting - we found mucous and Mrng ate food (idly and rice).
Post couple of times of vomiting, in third time vomiting we spotted blood (coin size - mucous blood spot). And in fourth vomiting, we spotted a drop of blood in vomiting along with watery content.
For vomiting we given ondem / ors / lemon water / probiotic no further vomitings from kid. Baby didn't complained about any pain in stomach. Post 10hrs she got mild fever and we gave paracetamol.
No signs of any pain. She is sick.
We worried as blood spotted in vomiting, is this harmful. Please help
