Black coloration of toe nail with lumps
It was about three weeks ago..my toe nail appeared blue in both legs and then i notices some hard lump like things on both leg which are not visible and only can be felt by touching..it pains when touched.. It's been three weeks the toe nail has become black without any increase in spreading and lump in one leg has reduced..but in other leg no change...what ca be the possible condition.

Looks like fungal toe infection. Try tab.grisovin 250 mg twice for 3weeks plus candid ointment for local use, avoid contact with water as far as possible? and dry it if required.

I’m really sorry to read this. You may be having a condition that constricts blood vessels causing gangrene. You need to see a rheumatologist right away and get worked up for vasculitis, also you ll need to take aspirin . There are a whole lot of blood tests that are needed to be done. If you have skin lesions, a biopsy can prove the diagnosis. Hope you get better soon.
